Villa Bianda, abitazione dell’omonima famiglia, fu costruita nel 1930. Nel 2020 è stata oggetto di ristrutturazione ed efficientamento energetico. L'isolamento termico di tutto l’involucro è stato notevolmente migliorato. Il fabbisogno energetico totale è passato da 46500 a 25300 kWh/a, grazie anche all’installazione di dispositivi ed elettrodomestici dai consumi energetici contenuti. Nel tetto è integrato un sistema BIPV. L’edificio si è aggiudicato il Premio Solare Svizzero 2021.
